Custom Couture Approvals and Refunds

​I ship anywhere in the United States. All US orders for in-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. If you are local, the option to pick up is available at checkout. Reneé Glenn's Original Couture Creations CUSTOMS are made to order. All Couture Creations designs begin once you have submitted your commission deposit at checkout for your Couture Creations item. You have read and agreed to all terms and conditions, policies, sizing specs, descriptions and/or provided special mandatory requirements/descriptions.

You understand that Reneé Glenn's Original Couture Creations are freestyled with client's consideration.  l understand that I will need to have or will have a consultation session in person or via zoom or face to face electronic services once your commission deposit has been received.

NO COUTURE CREATION CAN BE DUPLICATED EXACTLY.  PATCHES ARE CUSTOM MADE ON SITE AS WELL AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  SPECIAL REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Commission Deposit

The purpose of a commission deposit is not only to secure your consultation, but also to allow me to begin purchasing the supplies and materials needed for your project, as well as covering the research and design time required to create your one-of-a-kind piece.

Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable; however, it will be applied toward your final balance.

For your consultation, please come prepared with:

• Your maximum price range
• Preferred colors
• Any styles, themes, or elements you would like to incorporate

 

Consultations are limited to 15 minutes maximum, so being prepared will help us make the most of our time together and ensure your vision is clearly understood.

🚫 No work will begin until after the consultation has taken place and the approved amount has been paid in full (or the agreed-upon deposit has been received). This ensures clarity, fairness, and the ability to move forward confidently with your project.

Refund Policy
We have a NO REFUND OR NO EXCHANGES policy. All items that are custom created are final. Custom production and your designed approval upon submitting payment support the agreeance of said above policy.
